Order Processing and Handling
Standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days, though this may vary depending on circumstances.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping
Many items qualify for free shipping to the contiguous 48 states. When we cover shipping costs, we select the most cost-effective carrier at our discretion.

  • Small parts typically ship via USPS.
  • Medium-sized products, such as chainsaws, blowers, and push mowers, are shipped using UPS or FedEx Ground.
  • Larger, heavier items are shipped via LTL freight.

Free LTL freight shipping is available to the customer’s nearest terminal for many oversized items, but this does not apply to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Customer-Paid Shipping

  • LTL Freight to Nearest Terminal: Oversized or heavy items unsuitable for UPS will be shipped via LTL freight to your local terminal for pickup. Customers must retrieve their items promptly. Failure to do so may result in additional fees (e.g., storage) charged by the carrier, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • UPS: Lighter items can ship via UPS, with pickups scheduled Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Available UPS options include:
    • Ground
    • Second Day
    • Next Day

In-House Delivery Service
For items that cannot be shipped via UPS or LTL freight, we offer local delivery at a rate of $3.50 per mile for orders requiring transport services for units over 3000lb, and $2.50 per mile for all other orders. While our return policy applies to these deliveries, the delivery fee itself is non-refundable.

Shipping to Remote Locations
In rare cases, certain zip codes may be inaccessible to our carriers, requiring additional arrangements. A team member will contact you to discuss delivery alternatives.

Non-Shippable Items
Due to manufacturer restrictions, we cannot ship commercial zero-turn mowers or any Gravely zero-turn mowers (commercial or residential) via LTL freight.

Regional and International Shipping Restrictions

  • California: Some products do not comply with California Air Resources Board (CARB) emissions standards and cannot be shipped to this state.
  • Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping is available to these states, but free shipping does not apply.
  • International: We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Returning Shipped Items
